Lakeview sits right at the water between tall pines, with no close neighbours and a nature reserve nearby. From almost every room you look straight out over the lake.
The house has two floors and 220 m² of living space, with five bedrooms sleeping more than ten guests. Outside, a 3,310 m² natural garden runs down to your own jetty, a row boat and a canoe.
It is a place to slow down: swim from the beach, paddle out to the island, light the fire, and warm up afterwards in the panoramic sauna.

Is there a sauna?
Yes. Lakeview has a brand-new spa area with a panoramic sauna that seats twelve, framed by a 3.5 by 2 metre window over the lake. Two rainfall showers sit alongside, and a door leads straight out for a cold dip. Sauna heating costs €100 per week in summer and €200 per week in winter.
How much does it cost to rent?
The house is rented by the week. Nightly rates are €290 in low season, €390 in June and August, €450 in July, and €550 over the Christmas holidays. A refundable €300 deposit is added and returned within two weeks of departure.
How many guests can stay?
Lakeview sleeps more than ten guests across five bedrooms on two floors. An extra bed beyond ten guests can be added for €300 per week, up to a maximum of fourteen.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, up to two pets are welcome for a fee of €200 per stay. We just ask that you follow the house rules during your stay.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 60 days before arrival and only the deposit is retained. Between 30 and 60 days, 50% of the rent is charged. Within 30 days, 100% is charged. Full payment is due 60 days before arrival.
What is included in the price?
The nightly rate covers the whole house with standard utilities and 4G WiFi: a full kitchen, three bathrooms, living areas with a fireplace, an upstairs lounge with a pool table, a private jetty and beach access. Sauna heating, linens, final cleaning, pets and the boat are optional add-ons.
