Weekly add-ons are charged for at least 7 days, even for shorter stays. Longer stays are charged per night, so 10 nights costs 10/7 of the weekly price.
Booking terms
- Minimum stay: 7 nights.
- Check-in 16:00. Check-out 10:00, or 12:00 if you do the final cleaning yourself.
- A €300 deposit is paid with the rent and refunded within two weeks after departure, once cleaning is approved.
- Full payment is due 60 days before arrival.
- Sauna usage: max 3 hours per day; about one hour to reach 80 °C.
Cancellation
- More than 60 days before arrival: you pay only a service charge of €300, equal to the deposit.
- Between 30 and 60 days: 50% of the rent is charged.
- Within 30 days: 100% of the rent is charged.
