The house have two floors, with a total living area of 220 m2 (sqm). The plot (garden) is a natural garden with all kind of trees, bushes, wild berries etc. with a total size of 3310 m2 (sqm).

- Room 2: Two 90×200 beds, no wardrobe, but hangers for clothes
- Room 3: The kids playroom have a bunk bed for 2 people (PS. It’s a fullsize bed, size 90×200)
Bedrooms (second floor)
- Room 1: Two 80×200 beds, electric adjustable, private balcony
- Room 2: King size bed (double). (Balcony is awaiting renovation)
Outside
- Big wooden deck with a lake view
- Charcoal bbq (1 normal + 1 giant)

Beach
It’s a 1 minute walk through the forest to the beach, which is taken care of by the municipality, wooden bridges and a soft sandy beach.
